Trapper Barnes

Trapper Barnes is a proven entrepreneur, operator, and industry leader who built his HVAC company from a one-man operation into an award-winning, culture-driven organization known for excellence, accountability, and heart.

For more than 15 years, Trapper led with a simple belief: when you invest in people first through training, accountability, communication, and genuine care, stronger results follow. His hands-on approach to leadership and team development helped him build training environments, strengthen culture, and create standards that people could understand and live out.

Trapper’s experience is not theory. It comes from the field, the shop, the customer conversation, the leadership meeting, and the daily responsibility of building a business the right way. His background includes national recognition such as Best Contractor to Work For and Top 40 Under 40 honors from ACHR The News, along with John Maxwell leadership and communication certification, including Maxwell DISC Certification.

Most recently, Trapper carried those same strengths into sales leadership for an industry-leading home-services group, helping teams raise expectations, improve consistency, and break performance barriers. Today, he uses that experience to help business owners, leaders, sales teams, and technicians communicate better, lead stronger, and perform with more confidence.

James Tanner is a transformational leader with nearly three decades of experience helping people and teams unlock potential, build confidence, and rise to a higher standard.

Across retail, medical, and home-service environments, James has helped leaders and teams understand what makes them unique, how they communicate, and how they can use their strengths to create healthier cultures and stronger results. As a two-time business owner and coach, he brings a rare mix of real-world leadership, practical coaching, and genuine care for the people he serves.

James has a gift for helping individuals discover their unique superpowers and apply them in ways that strengthen the team around them. Guided by his belief that we never lose, we either win or we learn, he helps people see challenges as opportunities to grow instead of reasons to stop.

Inspired early in life by his father’s words, “We’re Tanners. We work,” James now brings that same grit, energy, and purpose into every room he enters. At FCG, he helps leaders, teams, and organizations grow from the inside out through communication, culture, confidence, and practical action.

Tiffany Barnes brings a steady, people-first perspective to Fairway Conversion Group, shaped by years spent inside fast-paced service organizations, leadership teams, and growth-focused operations.

Her background bridges corporate environments and the trades, giving her a clear understanding of how systems, communication, culture, and customer experience connect behind the scenes. Before Fairway, Tiffany worked closely with service-based businesses in roles centered on customer experience, leadership, and partnership development, where clarity, empathy, and consistency were essential.

At FCG, Tiffany helps protect the structure and heart of the company as it grows. She is deeply involved in operational strategy, decision-making, course development, client experience, and the details that help ideas become useful, organized, and repeatable.

Tiffany believes sustainable growth comes from alignment, not pressure. Her steady presence and thoughtful approach help keep Fairway grounded in its people-first values while supporting the long-term vision of the business.
